From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel so welcome — warm smiles, quick check-in, and great local recommendations. Our room was spotless every day, thanks to the wonderful housekeeping team who clearly take pride in their work. But the real standout for us was the amazing crew serving drinks by the pool. Their energy, friendliness, and attention to detail made relaxing by the water feel like a true luxury. They remembered our names, our favorite drinks, and always made sure we were comfortable and happy. It’s rare to feel so genuinely cared for on vacation, but this team made it happen. We can’t wait to come back — mahalo to everyone who made our trip unforgettable!

Location was amazing, service is excellent

Amazing property and the entire staff was top notch. Didn’t encounter one staff member who wasn’t eager to make your stay better. Rooms were decent size but very nice. Bathrooms were fantastic. The housekeeping and engineers were Johnny on the spot to make everything perfect. The grounds, staff and service were absolutely top notch.

Location- right by the beach and close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful rooms with character features such as white shutters giving a nautical theme. Photos in booking.com don’t do them justice. Fantastic customer service- we felt looked after. Lovely setting with beautiful gardens. Good restaurants on site. Would definitely recommend and return.

Orchids restaurant food excellent Staff extremely helpful and attentive The extra little touches at the Halekulani didnt go unnoticed. Eg a little quote and gift at turn down each night, water, tea, coffee stocked up generously each day
